You'll then have to click the "update" link so that PayPal will update the amount. Important!: If you plan to seek reimbursement from your extended health insurance company, your online receipt verifies your payment, but otherwise provides insufficient information for your insurance company to process the claim. When you submit your claim, therefore, along with your receipt you will need to include the invoice you received from Cobb Counselling Inc. which verifies the provider's information, the date of service, the specific type of service, and the person who received the service. 2.
