Mr. Begieneman has 21 years experience as a counselor and manager for an international non-profit  family services organization and 18 years experience employed as Regional Director with three federal government departments: Indian and Northern Affairs (responsible for First Nations social programming), Secretary of State and the Canadian Human Rights Commission.

Mr. Begieneman's approach is to provide solution-focused services that aim to facilitate rapid results. In his words, "No one wants to spend years seeking results and becoming dependent on others. Rapid results can be obtained when participants are willing to work hard."
